Romit Raj who stars in Ghar Ki Lakshmi Betiyaan and Maayka, is fondly called Aamir Khan by his director Manish Khandelwala not just for his cute looks, but for the 'perfectionist' Romit is known to be.

Manish, who enjoys pulling Romit's leg, addresses him as Aamir only on the sets, especially having also been associated with the actor earlier while working on movies like Hum Hain Rahi Pyaar Ke, Madhosh etc.

"I have met Aamir and he is very meticulous about everything to do with his work. Romit reminds me a lot of him, who is particular about every small tidbit that goes into the show and his character. He is very dedicated an actor and puts in all his efforts," explains Manish.

Although Romit likes the compliment, he still insists his director to use his original name, which Manish intentionally doesn't oblige.

Well, enjoy the attention and compliment till it lasts Romit. But we must say, one thing is clear, Romit is surely a director's actor!
